Description
Situated on Peverell Terrace above the harbour, Tregonning is a lovely two bedroom cottage with super views over the harbour and out to sea. Entrance is via the attractive sunroom with seating and sea views. Downstairs there is a well-fitted and equipped kitchen/diner. The lounge is cosy with a woodburning stove and comfortable seating and the usual TV/DVD and CD, plus games and books. In addition, there is a convenient downstairs cloakroom.
Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, one double with en-suite shower room, and one twin bedded room with en-suite shower room. Access to the sun deck is via steps to the side of the house, and through a door in the twin bedroom. On the rear terrace is a useful storage space for hanging wet suits.
GROUND FLOOR:
Sunroom: Dining table and chairs, harbour and sea views.
Lounge: Woodburner, TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD player.
Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, table and 4 chairs.
Cloakroom: Basin, WC.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4’6”), bedside tables, chest of drawers, sea views. En Suite: Thermostatic shower, basin, WC.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), bedside table, wardrobe, access to sun deck. En Suite: Thermostatic shower, basin, WC.
GARDEN & PARKING: Sun deck to the rear of the property which is accessed by a flight of external stairs or via twin bedroom. Outside storage for wetsuits. Private parking for one small car.
Changeover Day: Friday – arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Central heating throughout via air source heating.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided, please bring your own cot linen.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Please be aware that the steps leading to the sun deck are steep and not suitable for those with mobility issues. Please also be aware that the parking space is small and not suitable for larger vehicles.
