Enclosed patio with garden furniture. No private parking at the property but on-street parking and public car parking facilities close by.

Pets: Up to 2 medium size dogs welcome. £25 per week per pet   
Heating: Underfloor heating throughout, electric heaters in bedrooms, woodburner in lounge; heating and electricity included in rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided; please bring your own beach towels. 
Baby Equipment: Travel cot available. Please bring your own cot bedding.
