This lovingly-refurbished house is nestled on the hillside in a commanding position in the Hannafore area of West Looe and provides a warm and welcoming home-from-home. Decorated in coastal shades with bright soft furnishings, you will immediately feel that you are having a holiday by the beach.

Set over two levels the two bedroomed house is ideal for a small family or friends holidaying together or a couple where your dogs are welcome too. Reviews

We had a really super time at Dawn End and didn't want to leave. We have stayed in many holiday cottages but Dawn End is definitely our favourite and look forward to visiting again. Everything was just perfect and so lovely and clean. Hope to be back very soon!

A lovely relaxing stay in this fantastic property. Great walks locally and we especially enjoyed the amazing views.

Past Customer,

Dawn End was a great find. The views are amazing - day and night, and if you leave the bedroom window open at night you will fall asleep to the sound of the sea! We had a very relaxing stay with our dog and the property was spotlessly clean, with comfy beds and absolutely everything you need including torches for the late walk back from town and plenty of books and games.. The property has a secure rear terraced garden accessible from 1st floor for the dog, but grassy area was a bit limited for a very fussy dog! Short walk to dog friendly beach and to the SW coastal path and a 20 minute walk from East Looe where most shops & restaurants are. You will need to be mindful that the two adjoining properties share the same access via steps directly outside the living room window and that the patio area shown on one of the images is the walk through for these properties, but it was fine for our stay off season. Garage is very small as described but we found street parking near by. All in all a great place to stay and would recommend.

Ms B,

Immaculately presented property. Stunning views, warm and cosy. Lovely ambience. Thank You.

Mr M,

Location

The town of Looe has charming narrow streets leading down to a picturesque harbour, and is split into East and West Looe by the river that runs through it, and on down to the beach.  Looe's sandy beach has a little cafe where you can linger over a cup of coffee while people-watching or admiring the view.

There are a number of lovely cafes, as well as restaurants and pubs to choose from, making this a great destination for the foodies among you.  You will have the opportunity to buy freshly-caught fish from the market on the quay, or if you fancy it, go out on a fishing trip to have a go at catching your own!

If you don't fancy fishing, a good alternative boat trip is to Looe Island, where you can find some lovely examples of rare plants, and spot plenty of wildlife, including grey seals and seabirds.  Looe Marine Conservation Group can give you more information about the island and its wildlife.

Looe is said to be a wonderful place to enjoy the New Year festivities, a time when many happy party-goers in fancy dress descend upon the town to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy a magnificent display of fireworks.
