Reviews

A lovely characterful cottage in a good location. A nice enclosed private garden with views to the adjoining field of sheep and lambs. In better weather splendid for BBQs and outside dining. Inside the property is compact but well decorated and cosy with very comfortable beds and nice linen. Appreciated the many books and games and the Welcome basket contents.

Mrs L,

Ideal for a short break. Pub next door so no need for major cooking. Comfortable sofas and beds, warm and cosy. 2 minutes from Rye for any shopping or takeaways can be delivered. Lots to see and do in the area.

Mrs K,

Cute little cottage, well equipped and extremely quiet.

Mrs De R,

The cottage is beautiful, we loved our stay here. The cottage is very stylishly decorated and has everything you could possibly want. There were four of us and a dog and it felt spacious yet cosy. We had a wonderful time here and will definitely be booking to come again, I miss it now I’m home. Thank you

Miss C,

Great cottage and location, next to a lovely pub

Mr B,

A quaint period cottage ideal for people wanting to relax and, at the same time, enjoy the beautiful and historic town of Rye and a host of other easy to reach rural attractions. A quiet secluded back garden, And only yards from what we soon discovered as the cleanest and friendliest pub in that area.

Mr Le V,

We loved the bungalow it was well thought out and had everything needed . The welcome basket very nice . The area is beautiful and we were lucky to have good weather mostly. An abundance of bird life I particularly enjoyed at the property. Surrounded by good pubs for a nice meal and love Jempsons being so near . We should love to return one day as so relaxing .

Mrs L,

Delightful old cottage with all new modern conveniences and appliances. Convenient and quiet location near to Rye and good for touring to Battle and the East Sussex coast
