Set at the heart of Southwold, close to the rows of colourful beach huts and traditional pier, this attractive property is an ideal retreat for couples and families with young children. Golden sandy beaches, excellent cafes and exciting attractions are sure to tempt you in this charming seafront setting, and a golf course wraps around behind the town for those who would like to practice their swing. A short 0.5-mile stroll will bring you to the seafront where you’ll soon lose yourself amongst the arcades, crazy golf and boutique shops, but venturing further into town will reward you with a charming pier and historic lighthouse. The town also boasts a museum, a brewery, and the iconic Gun Hill Cannons.
Blending chic furniture and contemporary style, this delightful bolthole is the epitome of open-plan living with its cosy seating areas, dining spots and fabulous kitchen. Cleverly divided by a breakfast bar and stools, the formal dining table seats six and is perfect for special mealtimes and family board games. Dining Area: Table and six chairs. 'Library' Area: With a comfy, modern armchair. Kitchen Area: White gloss units with high quality appliances (Miele, Siemens, Baumatic) including electric oven and induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Krups Nespresso coffee machine and wine fridge. Lots of 'extras' in the kitchen to satisfy the keenest cook. Full length counter top with bar stools. Cloakroom: Washbasin and wc.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1: King size bed, Smart TV and En-Suite Shower Room with shower cubicle, washbasin and wc. Leads to Balcony with table and two bistro chairs and glass surround for a fantastic view of the roofops and sunset.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, TV with Smart capability (Now TV). Both bedrooms have reading lights and Sheridan duck down and feather pillows.
Bathroom: Bath, overbath power shower, washbasin and wc.
Garden: Bi-fold doors to delightful courtyard garden, with table and four bistro chairs, front patio garden, both with furniture and cushions.
Parking: For one car in front of garage, alongside garden fence.
Heating: Electric heating. Underfloor heating in all bathrooms. Towel rails on separate timer for summer use.
Notes: BT Infinity super high speed Wi-Fi and towels are provided. Highchair, full size travel cot and Bumbo seat provided. Baby equipment such as micro-steam steriliser, plates, cups, cutlery provided. Please use only Nespresso capsules in machine (12 provided with each week). EV charger will be available from 20th July for an additional cost of £25 per short break/ week.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
