In cooler months there is a wood burner to cosy round, making the house a year-round retreat.  The kitchen is well equipped and there is a snug with a second TV spot to keep everyone happy.  Four comfortable bedrooms, two with en-suite facilities and a family bathroom are on the first floor.  Holt’s High Street, with its independent shops, bakeries, cafes, pubs and restaurants is a short stroll away and serves as the gateway to the rest of coastal north Norfolk, much of which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  Shops:/Pub/Restaurants: within walking distance

Parking: The property has outside electric sockets which can be used to charge electric cars with their own adaptors. Please note this is not a specific electric vehicle charging unit and will not be a fast charge – charges apply, please request at time of booking.
Pets:  Two well behaved dogs welcome.  Please be aware of our booking information regarding pets.
Heating: Gas central heating and wood burner.
Also provided: Towels. Books and games. Hairdryer. Super Nintendo mini in TV room, chefs knifes, and fully stacked kitchen.
