Description

Located in an exclusive and select development in one of north Norfolk’s most enviable locations, Holt, this gorgeous holiday home is yours to enjoy.   Inside you will find well planned chic, modern interiors with plenty of space for families and friends to relax. The living/dining room has French doors to the garden, which is a sunny spot, with a barbeque. In cooler months there is a wood burner to cosy round, making the house a year-round retreat.  The kitchen is well equipped and there is a snug with a second TV spot to keep everyone happy.  Four comfortable bedrooms, two with en-suite facilities and a family bathroom are on the first floor.  Holt’s High Street, with its independent shops, bakeries, cafes, pubs and restaurants is a short stroll away and serves as the gateway to the rest of coastal north Norfolk, much of which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  Shops:/Pub/Restaurants: within walking distance

Holt is a popular town on the north Norfolk map. Seek out its Georgian charm and character, art and antique galleries, fashion boutiques, food shops offering the best of local produce, café’s, pubs and restaurants, you will not be disappointed. Holt is also home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway, the 100-acre Holt Country Park and is only a few miles inland from the scenic coast, where you can discover bird watching, nature reserves, enchanting coastal and inland villages, Areas of Outstanding Natural beauty, sailing, seal watching and outstanding sandy beaches.

We were in the area for a family funeral and needed a property big enough for 6 adults, 2 children, 2 babies and a dog. Wren Drive was perfect for our needs. It had everything we required. I apologise for forgetting to set the dishwasher when we left!

A wonderful stay, in a home-from-home just 15/20 minutes walk from the centre of Holt. Very family friendly (with stairgates, highchairs and toys) and also dog friendly with an enclosed garden and lovely walks. We would thoroughly recommend this property and hope to come back again next year for another lovely Festive Holt weekend!

House is on a modern estate which is very quiet, ample parking and 15 minute walk into Holt. Only downside of the house was lack of carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms. Walking around in socks was not great as stairs felt quite slippery. Lack of any welcome pack and not even a pint of milk left which would’ve been nice.
