Reviews

Beautiful decorated and furnished cottage in the pretty market town of Helmsley. We would highly recommend both the property and area. We had a fabulous stay and would love to return.

Miss L,

A great place to stay for 3 couples or a big family.Great downstairs for socialising. Loved each couple having a bathroom.Literally a walk through the church yard in to centre of Helmsley.Am highly recommending this accommodation

Mrs Q,

Lovely cosy cottage in a convenient location in the centre of Helmsley which had everything we needed. Communication was good prior to arrival. Note there is only one parking space and check in time is late and check out time is early.

Mrs B,

We could not recommend Mulberry Cottage highly enough!! Beautiful holiday home, the owners have put a lot of love and thought into the cottage. We do know the area very well and the cottage being located in the centre of Helmsley (Just off high street but very quiet) is great to leave your car and explore the quaint village, with towns, villages and glorious moors right on your doorstep. We are already hoping to return later in the year! Thank you.

Mrs M,

Great house in a great location. Very enjoyable stay.

Mr H,

We really enjoyed our stay at Mulberry cottage, great position lovely property. The lighting and heating controls seem over complicated. One minor point I do not agree with the 9.00am checkout and 17.00 before access to the property, I could understand this with Covid. We ended up leaving a day early as one of our party is 91 years of age. Getting them organised to leave before 9.00 was not feasible.

Mr S,

A very enjoyable holiday. Cottage and location a few minutes from the market square ideal. Comfortable, well equipped and a nice welcome pack. Excellent local shops, a deli, bakery and great eateries and cafes. Thoroughly recommended.

Mr P,

Property was extremely well equipped and presented and owner was very accommodating. Booking process was easy and information and communication was very good

Mr Stephen R,

Beautiful cottage and well equipped. Great communication beforehand with access requirements.

Mrs Amy B,

Although the property was well located and of an excellent standard, it was much smaller than expected and quite cramped for 6 adults.
