Morgan's Rest is situated in a quiet country lane on the outskirts of the historic market town of Pickering, on a farm within its own extensive grounds accessible for walking. The farm has various animals such as chickens, dogs, cats, shire horses, sheep, ducks and alpacas. The cottage adjoins the main farmhouse but has its own independent entrance. Outdoors, the cottage has a bistro type table & 2 chairs with a small rattan dining set

Lounge/Dining Room:  Smart 49" TV with Blu-ray/DVD player, Sonos streamed music system, comfortable sofa and an armchair with a coffee table, modern electric feature fire and French doors leading out to the garden. Exposed stonework and bricks. Dining table and chairs, stairs to the first floor.
Kitchen: Fridge freezer, electric hob, electric oven and grill, microwave, Belfast sink, Tassimo coffee machine.
Bathroom: Shower, washbasin, toilet, built-in cupboard.

FIRST FLOOR MEZZANINE
Bedroom 1: Gallery bedroom, double bed with orthopaedic mattress, 'gentleman's' wardrobe with drawers, TV, solid oak dressing table with mirror. Door leading out to a balcony with outside seating.

Parking: Private off-street parking for two cars.
Garden/Patio: Private garden with patio and extensive grounds with riverside walk. Balcony to the bedroom.

Short breaks: Accepted anytime.
