A delightful family holiday home in the heart of Southwold with shops, cafes and the beach close by... Simply arrive, unpack and relax!

Poppy Corner is a spacious self-catering holiday accommodation on the Suffolk coast. The property is furnished well and has a large open plan kitchen/dining area with a lovely range cooker. The sitting room is very comfortable furnished with a couple of sofas and armchair.  Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with walk-in shower and WC. Upstairs you’ll find a further two bedrooms and a family bathroom. 

The garden is perfect for relaxing with a coffee over breakfast or after a day on the beach. There’s a deck with table and chairs and further paved and gravel areas. A lovely feature of the outside space is the ‘beach house’ style summer house, perfect for children to play in and for adults to retreat to with a glass of wine. 

If you’re looking for a holiday home to suit all the family, Poppy Corner is a good option - there’s something for everyone on the doorstep - close to the independent shops, cafes, pubs and the popular Swan Hotel. Stroll along the prom with its pastel shade beach huts, and visit the iconic pier and harbour or head to the beach with the buckets and spades… the perfect base for a family seaside escape.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

Lovely warm and well equipped house, with excellent ground floor bedroom and shower bathroom that is great for the elderly or those less mobile. Close to town and the beach.
