Reviews

Booked a last minute stay at Morlanar, very good communications from them about what to expect and directions. Easy to locate via Satnav (Waze) and loved the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. Well fitted out, I especially liked the amount of quality mugs available for tea and coffee, I like them so much have now purchased some Rick Stein ones myself whilst in Padstow. Also loved the coffee pod machine and milk warmer which I did not see listed on the description of property, an added bonus. Nice quiet area, easy parking and literally on the beach in 3 minutes.

Mr G,

A lovely comfortable property, a beautiful back garden all set in a fantastic location. Thanks for the Christmas tree, it made the room even cosier!

Miss B,

Excellent property, no expense spared on the quality of appliances and furnishings to make your stay very relaxing. Great internet speed

Mr B,

Location

Trevone is another of those areas that become a favourite spot for many people once they discover it. With two beaches, one rocky, where you can spend hours exploring the rock pools, fishing net in hand, and one sandy, ideal for families and those who prefer to take it easy.  This part of the coast also has a natural tidal pool where you can swim at low tide. There is lots to explore and dramatic scenery from the clifftops, especially if you care to visit the famous Round Hole, where a section of cliff has collapsed to form a deep circular blow-hole. You can also see plenty of wildlife, particularly the numerous species of birds which nest on the cliffs and surrounding areas, including of course the herring gull being one of the commonest, but you may also spot cormorants, razorbills, kittiwakes and possibly, if you're lucky, the rare chough.  If you're a keen birdwatcher, why not bring your binoculars and see how many you can spot?  The village itself boasts a pub, village store, beach shop and cafe where you can enjoy delicious ice cream, a farm shop selling local produce, and even a tea room and art gallery with gift shop- what more could you ask for?
