A real bonus with the property is its south-facing garden accessed via French doors from the garden room. Here you can catch the morning sunrise and make use of the garden furniture supplied. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with a barbecue available for summer dining with all the family. The kitchen comes with all modern appliances most of which are Neff and a handy utility room – the perfect way to enjoy self-catering in your holiday home. On the first floor are the bedrooms where guests can choose from a double, twin or single bedded rooms, with the double and twin rooms being particularly spacious. Southwold South Green Area - Properties here enjoy one of the best locations in town. From many of them you can look across South Green towards Gun Hill and the sea and the properties are within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The popular Red Lion Inn overlooking South Green is even closer.
