Reviews

We were a party of 6. Elderly parents were able to manage the stairs and enjoyed their stay in the superking bed with massive en-suite. We walked to Victual restaurant on our first night . Lovely run place with good food. Weather was very good and spent a lot of time strolling up the promenade and sitting on the various benches, watching the world go by. The town house is situated in a perfect location and the roads were very quiet. Wa expecting to be woken by noisy gulls in the morning but this didn`t happen. Laurence had thought of everything to make a stay comfortable. We didn`t think we would use the courtyard but we all used it a lot. Laurence is a very good host and was happy to assist me with something before our arrival which was very kind. We would definitely stay again and also thought what a great winter stay the house would make also. Thanks again Laurence. July 2023

Past Customer,

Gorgeous house in the heart of Deal, 2 mins to beach and 5 mins walk to town. We found parking easily, close to house. We didn`t cook but if you do this is the best stocked kitchen I have stayed in! Furniture delightful, bedding and towels super white. Host very proactive in communications and very clear instructions. Would love a return visit. July 2023

Charming property in a great location. Would recommend. Jan 2023

Past Customer,

Laurence was a super host and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The house is fantastic, one of those places that would be marvellous to own. Great location, clean and homely. And I have to mention - so well equipped. Obviously a well loved and looked after seaside home from home. We loved the kitchen in the basement, and the lounging area was such a cosy space. We had a delightful stay at Laurence`s house. It was perfect to spend Christmas in. Even down to the real Christmas tree beautifully decorated, flowers and other decorations all very tasteful. There was everything we needed and more in the kitchen so cooking a Christmas meal was easy. The beds were really comfortable so we all slept well. It is just a few steps up o the promenade and pier to watch the Boxing Day swim, We didn`t want to leave. Dec 2022

Past Customer,

Very good location - beach 2 minutes or less to left or less to right and 7 to 10 minutes from high street, Beds comfortable, beautiful decor and house very well equipped. Parking not an issue- could unload easily in street and park for free nearby (and we were 3 cars). April 2023

Past Customer,

Lovely property. Super location. Wonderful pubs nearby. April 2023

Past Customer,

Big and cosy. Four floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one small backyard. Seconds from the sea and just minutes from the heart of the town. Well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, crisp white sheets and plenty of fresh towels. Strong wi-fi across the house, hi-fi and TV (with Netflix) in the lounge. The place has a classic feel, antique furniture, heritage colour pallets, vintage rugs. If you don`t mind a few stairs, and don`t need lots of private outdoor space, I`d recommend this homely house, perfect for a trio of couples or a family booking for a comfy seaside base. March 2023
