Description
Gulland can be found set amongst a lovely large garden at the end of a private lane and has direct access to public footpaths enabling you to enjoy a pleasant stroll to the nearby village shops, restaurants and pubs or, at the start of the lane, The Cornish Arms public house. The first floor living area of this aptly named apartment provides far reaching countryside and coastal views while the bedrooms and bathroom can be found on the ground floor. There are several stunning, sandy beaches just over a mile renowned for surfing but which also provide rock pooling and sandcastle building opportunities. Ideally situated for walkers, the South West Coast Path is within easy reach with a bus stop in the village so you are not just restricted to the local area. At the end of the day the first floor balcony, looking out towards Harlyn Bay and Gulland Rock is the perfect place to sit, relax and take in the sunset.

Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent, gas fired c.h., electric fire in lounge area.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen & towels provided (please bring own beach towels).
