We loved our stay. The property had everything we needed, it was cosy, welcoming and well equipped. The hosts provided a fantastic welcome pack which we were grateful for, and were available for suggestions about the local area. We can see why this property has had so many return visitors.

David and Laura could not have made us feel more welcome. ideal location for dog walks on nearby beaches, close to Whitby & Robin Hoods Bay. We have booked a return visit.

They say good things come in small packages, and that’s so true of this cottage. On arrival, we were met with a spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas cottage. There was a welcome hamper and in the fridge, milk, juice and Prosecco. Even a throw for the sofa so our dog could lay on there. Absolutely perfect. The cottage was warm and comfortable and had everything you’d need.

This is a lovely , well equipped cosy cottage with a fabulous welcome pack. The owners were so helpful especially when we got snowed in on our last morning and they very kindly offered that we could stay until it had cleared.

What a warm welcome: Food and drinks for the first night, a big surprise.

Loved the cottage.Very clean and comfortable.Nice and quiet location.Plenty of room for our dogs to run around. A lovely box of goodies left for us, much appreciated. The owners were kind and sociable, nothing to much trouble. All in all a really nice place and would recommend.

We went to chill for a few days the directions were perfect. The cottage itself was great everything you needed was there. Was most amazing was all the finishing touches. A little hamper made up of goodies. A lovely scone and jam to have with a lovely cup of tea and fresh milk and a lovely bottle of prosecco cooling in the fridge. We took our dog and everything was there including towels to use and some snacks for him. The area outside the cottage was brilliant to let our dog explore even a torch was provided to use at night time. All in all a lovely place and the hosts were lovely and friendly it was a pleasure to use their cottage and would use it again with big recommendations thank you.

This cottage was so well appointed, the owners were lovely and the welcome pack just exceptional. We had a fabulous time there.

Seascape was perfect in every way. Property was clean and tastefully furnished. We were warm and cosy in Seascape as storm Isha and Jocelyn passed through!! Even our dogs were remembered in the welcome pack with a packet of dog treats. David's information about walks in the area was invaluable, although I think he was disappointed I wasn't using a compass to navigate but my OS app on my phone!!

The cottage was perfect for us. The location was great for both rural and coastal walks and close to other towns to visit. The owners had really thought of everything that may be needed. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and very considerate for us as well as our dog. We felt at home at the cottage, it was cosy and comfortable and the views were beautiful. I cannot recommend this cottage enough , it was such a treat to have stayed there.
