Description

Ty'r Ysgol, which means the school house, has been newly renovated throughout and is a beautiful holiday home, ideal for a family get-together and is a suitable place for all ages. The play room up in the loft is sure to impress the children where they can chill out on bean bags and watch TV or play with their toys and it might just give the adults some well-deserved peace and quiet while they relax on the comfortable sofas in the living room and have a good catch up with everyone. It's a spacious property that's bright and airy and has a very inviting feel. The modern, well-equipped kitchen is a place where you'll have great pleasure in cooking delicious meals for everyone that you can enjoy on the large dining table next to a fabulous stone wall. There are 5 bedrooms here, all neutral in colour and well-presented with two set of bunk beds in one that will be ideal for children (Not sutable for adults). Outside, you'll love the fantastic, large patio area that has a dining set for al fresco dining and a hot tub to soak in, and with it being enclosed, your pets are free to fully enjoy themselves too by having a good run around - it's the perfect setting for a family BBQ. This attractive, semi-detached property is a superb place for a family holiday where wonderful memories can be made.

Situated in the delightful, seaside town of Pwllheli, known as the unofficial capital of Llŷn Peninsula, you'll have all amenities available to you such as a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, an ice cream parlour, fish and chips shops and three supermarkets for your convenience, all of which are within walking distance from the property. The friendly town boasts two lovely, long beaches - Marian-y-De Beach and Glan-y-Don Beach and a modern, world-class marina, all offering splendid views to admire while you build sandcastles or while you enjoy fishing. There's plenty to do here, from playing golf, either at Pwllheli or one of 4 other golf courses that are less than a half hour drive away, walking the Wales Coast Path, catching the train to other popular locations along this picturesque coastline to visiting the busy open-air market or Funland Pwllheli and the amusements arcade. It is certainly a place that has something to please everyone. Further afield, a visit to Glasfryn Parc will bring hours of joy to everyone or there are plenty of outstanding sceneries to discover either inland or at other beaches at this Area of Outstanding Beauty such as Porth Neigwl (Hell's Mouth), Traeth Porthor (Whistling Sands) or Porthdinllaen.

Mrs C,

House is beautiful, in a quiet spot. Outside area perfect as we were lucky to have amazing weather. Well equipped kitchen and children loved the 2nd floor room. Parking was difficult, 4 large cars between us.
