Reviews

We really enjoyed staying here! A lovely, cosy cottage, close to the village and the beach. Spacious for our family and really well equipped- lovely to find big mugs and really nice wine glasses - just refect the high quality of the whole place! Thanks for having us.

Mrs T,

Location was useful for us visiting relatives in the area. The cottage is centrally placed for shops, pub and cafes. Well equipped and clean. Steep stairs inside as noted in particulars; good sized comfortable bedrooms. Front is very close to High Street road so some noise. Helpful to download car park app before arrival as cannot pay by cash or card on machines at car park. Short stay limited to 3 hours a day with charging period 8 am to 8 pm.

Mr H,

Excellent property and location we loved staying here and buses to Brighton made this even better

Mrs M,

We've had the most wonderful week, we usually stay in Brighton but will definitely stay in Rottingdean again - perfect for commuting in, lovely beach, "village feel" and gorgeous eateries locally! Our spaniel, Mabel, LOVED the windmill walk and the water! Thank you for the use of your beautiful, quirky and homely cottage xxx

Past Customer,

We arrived on the hottest day ever in the UK, thankfully wea re used to the heat! Perfect weather for the rest of our stay. Pebble Beach Cottage was a great base to visit our family in the Brighton area. Comfortable, convenient and clean. Everything we needed for our stay was readily available. Thank you!!

Past Customer,

Thank you! We had a truly wonderful weekend stay at Pebble Beach Cottage made even better by the beautiful weather. We enjoyed coffee from The Windmill on the High Street, pub supper at the Plough and lunch on the beach from Seaspray. We made it to Kipling Gardens and walked to the Windmill - we enjoyed the view while the boys enjoyed finding slugs! xxx

Past Customer,

We had a wonderful time in Rottingdean this week. weather was wonderful & everyone enjoyed the beautiful beach. It was Walter the dog's first beach holiday and he loved the water. Thank you for the use of your beautiful house - we will be back xx

Past Customer,

Thanks for the lovely cottage so near to the beach! Very friendly people all around here - and some sunny days!

Past Customer,

Beautiful cottage in a wonderful location and amazing facilities. We cannot thank you enough for being such gracious hosts, we checked off every one of your recommendations!

Past Customer,

We were surprised at the lack of flexibility on arrival and check out times. My family were travelling from the North of England with an 80 year old and heavily pregnant lady. To then be told 'do not turn up before 4pm' was surprising when the previous occupant would have checked out at 10am!! It's a lot of money for such a reduced stay. Also for a house accommodating 6 we were surprised that there was only 1 toilet/bathroom ....... not ideal when advertising accommodation for 6
