Wow, what a wonderful place to stay! The property was extremely clean & comfortable with great decor and top quality fixtures & fittings- even the cutlery felt like luxury! My husband & I were away for our wedding anniversary and the hosts created some thoughtful personal touches such us a bottle of fizz and a kind note. Although there are shared areas between the properties, they are well spaced out so it was like we had the place to ourselves- I fell in love with the treehouse as my favourite place to relax with my book & a glass of wine. The farm animals are obviously part of the family & well cared for, even tame enough to be hand fed. When you are on the farm, you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere yet Diss & Palgrave are only a short walk away with easy access to shops. Elm Vale Farm has stolen my heart & we'll definitely go back. Stephen & David should be extremely proud of the retreat they have created.

What an absolutely gorgeous cottage. We spent christmas day relaxing, watching movies, and a little walk around the lovely grounds. The cottage is equiped to very high standard. Is warm, cosy and comfortable. Just loved everything about it. The animals were brilliant x

An excellent venue. Peaceful location and with plenty of animals around to see and feed. Well equipped accommodation with inbuilt facilities to cook for yourself if required, or local pubs to eat out within easy reach. Thatcher's Needle highly recommended for lunch.
