Reviews

We really enjoyed staying in the cottage. It was cosy, we especially liked spending time in the sitting room and playing in the garden.

Ms V,

Cottage is lovely and a good location. As mentioned above refurbishment is a must we believe. It was clean and comfortable with everything you needed. I would recommend this cottage if the refurbishment was completed.

Mrs S,

Property right next to a very noisy road. Affected use of the garden and sleep. Equipment was splendid except the lack of chopping boards! One wooden bread board only - others had remarked on this. Both front and back gardens are in need of maintenance - quite wild in areas. Lastly some comfy outdoor chairs, the metal ones are practical but so uncomfortable.

Mrs Stephanie H,

We had a fabulous short break at Marigold Cottage which is both well appointed and located on the outskirts of Southwold. We particularly enjoyed using the footpath to the rear of the property for convenient access to the north beach. The cottage was spotless on our arrival and had everything we needed. The garden is a good size and secure for pets. Our puppy, Lola had the time of her life! We would happily return for another break in the future.
