Description

This first-floor apartment is perfect for a couple or a pair of friends to enjoy a relaxing Northumberland break. Located in the heart of the lively market town of Alnwick, all of its many amenities are on your doorstep. The famous Alnwick Castle and gardens are a must-see and fans will almost certainly recognise them as filming locations for both famous films and TV series. The town itself has much to offer with a fabulous range of independent shops and boutiques to browse as well as a busy weekly market. There is a great array of friendly local pubs, cafes and restaurants to discover too. If the sea is calling then the Northumberland Heritage coast is only 7 miles away with its beautiful beaches, miles of great walking routes and charming seaside villages.

The apartment is laid out on two floors and is accessed from the street. From the front door, a flight of steps with a turn leads up to the first floor. Here you will find an attractive open-plan living space. Tall windows to the front let the natural light flood in and there’s comfortable seating and a wooden dining table. The kitchen area is compact, but well equipped with all that you need for putting together your holiday meals. Another flight of steps with a turn leads you up to the bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom is a welcoming double and there’s also an attractive single room. The charming bathroom features a walk-in shower.

While there is no outside space attached to this retreat, beautiful Alnwick boasts a host of delightful spaces to explore on your doorstep including the enchanting Alnwick Castle and expansive gardens.
