The nearby quintessentially Norfolk market town of Reepham is a delight, once you have shopped for some basic essentials relax at The Dial House, a unique Norfolk eaterie, for lunch, champagne afternoon tea or dinner. Whitwell is a small hamlet just 2 miles from the delightful market town of Reepham. Home to Whitwell and Reepham railway museum it is the perfect spot for any train enthusiasts. It is also an ideal area for walking and cycling due to it being on the Marriott's Way, a 26 mile footpath, bridleway and cycle route running between the historic market town of Aylsham and the medieval city of Norwich. The award winning Dinosaur Adventure Park is just minutes away and is great fun for children. The beautiful North Norfolk Coast, the renowned Broads and the fine city of Norwich are all just a short drive away.
