Stunning house, excellently positioned. The house was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It was also the best equipped property I have ever stayed in. We would definitely stay again.
The Tides is such a fabulous holiday home. Perfectly located - minutes from the beach and the shops - the house is beautifully decorated and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped making meal prep easy and having 2 TVs and Echo means all digital needs are catered for. The garden is lovely and a real sun trap (& with a useful hose to clean off after beach trips). Finally the beds are incredibly comfortable so we all slept like logs. We loved it and will be coming back!
Beautiful house, felt like a home from home. House was really well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Fantastic location very short walk to the beach would definitely stay here again.
Sheringham is an old fishing town, now a charming seaside destination that is an excellent location for a holiday in beautiful North Norfolk. The award-winning Blue Flag beach is of flint pebbles when the tide is high, giving way to a large expanse of smooth sand as the tide recedes. There is an assortment of shops, restaurants, tea rooms, a twice weekly market, plus a theatre and the excellent Sheringham golf course. The North Norfolk railway starts from Sheringham, take a ride into nearby Holt, or Cromer and then onto Norwich. The coastal path leads from the town, and in each direction it climbs the cliffs from where the beautiful Norfolk landscape unfolds.
