This is the best holiday house I have stayed in , great furnishings, excellent equipment. Comfortable beds, bathrooms high standard. Outside space and excellent.

We were very impressed with the property, it was very welcoming and warm, with the festive decorations adding that bit extra. The cottage provided everything that we needed for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. This was our first time at the cottage and we will definitely be back to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Hollybush . The welcome pack was gratefully received. The one problem we had during our stay was that our Labrador had to be taken to an emergency vet as she ate mushrooms in the garden which made her unwell . We had to comb the garden every morning before letting her out there . That put aside the cottage was clean and comfortable and we all said we could easily and happily live there .

Hollybush is absolutely wonderful for a quiet relaxing holiday.it is set near the entrance to a farm The house is so comfortable cosy,clean and everything is very well thought-out to make your stay is great.The large garden is beautiful, surrounded by large oak trees and views of fields.The kitchen is well equipped,the wi fi is excellent.,the beds are very comfortable and the decor is very tasteful and cosy. A big plus is the most delicious basket of goodies! There were treats ,water bowl and dog tags for our dogs too. Hollybush is so good we booked for next spring whilst still there!

This is our second stay this year and again we had a very comfortable break. Hollybush is so well thought out and we needed nothing apart from the alarm clock we forgot to pack! The garden is wonderful for dogs, being contained all the way around. It's very dark at night and the sky at that time is awash with stars. It was nice to see the sheep in the adjacent field. It felt like we were really away from home, enjoying the break.

We had a lovely holiday in this spacious, comfortable house with its large, fully enclosed garden. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided and the peaceful location was just perfect for exploring this beautiful part of North Norfolk. The owner provided a fabulous welcome hamper, even including treats for our dog, which was much appreciated. We would be very happy to return another time.

This is easily the best holiday home we have stayed in along the breadth of the North Norfolk coast in the past 12 years. It’s in such a peaceful location in beautiful surroundings. So much thought has gone into the property to make it welcoming, comfortable and user friendly. The welcome goodies were just wonderful! The garden is big and secure for our Cocker Spaniel, who loved to be out there exploring. The location is great with so many attractions within a 10 to 25 minute drive. We booked again for September while we were there.

Lovely property in a pretty rural setting, well stocked welcome hamper and dog treats much appreciated. Very child and dog friendly. Easy reach of local beaches and pretty villages. The owner checked to see if everything was ok and whether or not we needed anything which was a nice touch.

Complete comfort, peace and quiet in absolutely beautiful surroundings , with plenty of places to visit from beaches which are dog friendly, to Manor House’s and gardens or just simply to do nothing but relax in the spacious,private garden and listen to the birds ,all in all a lovely retreat to enjoy a quiet break, I would definitely recommend Hollybush cottage and Norfolk.

Thank you again for our warm and comfortable stay in your lovely cottage. The weather was so kind to us and good to see signs of spring in bloom. An excellent opportunity to see friends and family and catch up on important matters. Good bird watching too.

Thank you for making our stay in Norfolk so perfect, very pleasant and comfortable. The welcome hamper was much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, visiting many birding sites. - star attractions for our bird watching was titchwell marshes, cley with its great observatory and cafe, and Holme dunes. This is the second time we have stayed at Hollybush and can not recommend it enough! It’s a fabulously beautiful property that provides everything you need when away from home! It is in a perfect location for exploring the coast and all it has to offer. The owners have thought of everything to make a perfect getaway! We will definitely be back again.

For Walsingham, very handy and quiet. Excellent garden for dogs.

Had a lovely stay in Hollybush, so comfortable for the whole family. including out dog who loved the garden. Recommend a visit to Holkham Hall, Holkham beach and Blicking Estate. We loved Norfolk. Will defiantly be returning to Hollybush.

We have had a very enjoyable stay in your lovely, clean and comfortable cottage. The weather could have been warmer but the accommodation made up for that. Spent our days walking and bird watching in all the wonderful places. The welcome pack was the best you will ever have. - Thanks Katherine you get a big thumbs up!! PS we had a good meal in the Blue Bell Pub.

What a lovely home from home, and the welcome hamper went down a treat. Thank you for catering for the dogs as well. The tags for their collars were so thoughtful. It was a pleasure meeting Katherine and when we needed to contact her (about a sheep) she picked up the phone straight away. Norfolk was so lovely and the walks we did were beautiful. Another chilled out week in Hollybush, surrounded by the beautiful trees and pheasants and small birds. The sheep have arrived today which was the icing on the cake. What a peaceful scene. Many, many thanks - hope we'll be back. The hamper was superb.

What a wonderful week we have had in this lovely clean and comfortable cottage. The surroundings are so relaxing and we have had some lovely walks at Wells plus a few pub lunches! This is on of the best cottages we have stayed in and the welcome pack was delicious. Thank you for much we hope to return soon.

Perfect! With over 40 years of staying in similar cottages, Hollybush ranks at the top! Exceptionally well equipped and clean! The welcome hamper was a great bonus. So many places to explore - we really needed a second week. Super meal just down the road at the Bluebell Inn.

Such a lovely house and very peaceful location. Luna loved the garden and biscuits. Thank you for the welcome goodies. Didn't see as much as we hoped due to 38.5 degrees temps! Early walks on the beach at Holkham and Wells were lovely. Nice walks on coast - two days at Sandringham and Sheringham Park.

Thank you for once again letting us stay at Hollybush, its our 4th year in a row here and we still absolutely love it. So peaceful and homely. The children say thank you for the outdoor toys. Thank you for the welcome hamper, We've had a another really busy but lovely week, and we couldn't think of anywhere we would rather have spent our 21st wedding anniversary. See you next year!

Hollybush was the perfect location to explore the nature reserves and beaches of North Norfolk. An hour west takes you Holme dunes and RSPB Snettisham. An hour east takes you to Horsey Bay and Hickling Broad. Regular sightings of Muntjac deer and brown hares from the bedroom windows. Fantastic watching the bats outside Hollybush at dusk. Thank you for the welcome hamper and the thought and attention that has gone into making Hollybush a perfect stay. Our favourite find was the Sculthorpe Moor Nature Reserve. Thank you for the garden toys - our 3 boys loved playing football in the garden.

First visit to Hollybush. Absolutely loved it. Great facilities, garden and location. Equally distanced between Brancaster (our fav beach) and Cromer. Nearby Holt is also very nice. Biggest compliment i can pay is: We will be back!!

We have had a lovely week again - our second time in October - we have just booked to come again in July 23. Great cottage, great location, looking forward to returning in the summer.

Firstly Hollybush is a lovely cottage in a great location for exploring Norfolk. The facilities are great and the garden great to relax and enjoy! We enjoyed picnics in the park at Holkham, sand castles on Brancaster beach and brunch at Wells. Defiantly coming back.

9am writing this on the day that Queen Elizabeth died at Balmoral. So this will stay with us!!! We have been holidaying in Norfolk for 20 years in Thornage and Sharrington but this is by far the best accommodation - clean, quiet and well equipped with comfortable beds and everything you might need. Thank you Katherine for the welcome pack and your visit with the children. We've been so lucky with the hot sunny weather, while at home, it rained and rained apparently! Our favourite was the beans seal trips and walks in Blakeney, Morston , Sheringham Park and Holt Country Park, Bakers and Larners in Holt, and Morrisons in fakenham provided all our basic needs. We will be back again.

Brilliant, loved the cottage, dogs loved the garden, plenty to explore, Holkham Hall and grounds amazing!

What a wonderful holiday home, very well equipped in the perfect location. Very dog friendly our dog woody loved playing in the garden. One of the best places we have stayed in after 30 years of coming to Norfolk.

As always the home has worked its magic. peace, quiet, lovely trees and the whimpering breeze thrusting the leaves. Again we have had lovely weather. Where ever one goes in N.Norfolk it is beautiful to view and local people are friendly. The narrow lanes are challenging in places. Many thanks.

We loved the train on the poppy line from Holt to Sheringham. Holkham beach, Wells, Blakeney and Cromer. The Chequers in Binham and the Blue Bell in Langham are great for everyone! We will be back!
