Description

Nestled near the picturesque Lake District National Park, Millom provides a serene getaway from the bustling tourist hubs while offering equally stunning scenery. Just 5 miles away lies Black Combe, a challenging hiking destination rewarding adventurers with breathtaking views stretching to the Isle of Man or Blackpool Tower on clear days. For those drawn to the coast, the beautiful Haverigg beach, only 1 mile away, boasts a nature reserve, children's play areas, and extensive sand dunes for exploration. The local area offers a diverse range of activities, from thrilling experiences like beach hacking with heavy horses, dog sled mushing, jet skiing, and water skiing, to the peaceful joys of paddle boarding. If you crave the more renowned lakeside spots, Coniston Water, (17.2 miles) is easily accessible via a picturesque drive.

Upon entering the property you are instantly welcomed by it's chic design and contemporary style. The well equipped kitchen/diner has everything you need to whip up a feast, and with its open-plan design, you are free to socialise with the group in the lounge and enjoy the cosy wood-burning stove on those cooler evenings. The Smart TV offers entertainment and mood lighting for when relaxation calls. Also conveniently on the ground floor is the shower room. Upstairs the king-size bedroom offers delightful views over towards the Duddon Estuary, whilst the twin bedroom offers views towards the fells in the north.

Outside you have a plethora of walks from the front door and the beach is a short walk away, perfect for days out with the family and furry friends. There is also the opportunity to make use of the sun trap front patio with its BBQ and picnic bench.
