Description

5 At the Beach is a newly renovated property located in one of the many character buildings on Weymouth’s esplanade. An excellent base in this popular seaside resort with its vast array of shops, restaurants, bars and attractions right on the doorstep.

This stunning one-bed second floor apartment with a contemporary twist has been decorated and furnished to a high level and offers everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The property is accessed via a communal hallway and four small flights of stairs. The spacious open plan living/dining and kitchen area has floor to ceiling sash windows offering stunning views of the beach. A generous bedroom and bathroom to the rear of the property are perfect for relaxing after a busy day.  The property has the added advantage of a full size sofa bed in the living room - perfect for children.

There is a spacious bedroom to the rear of the property and the light airy modern bathroom has both a bath and shower cubicle.

Bedroom: zip and link twin 2'6" beds that can be joined to make a king size bed (please confirm bed make up preference when booking), wardrobe storage, wall-mounted TV

Bathroom: bath, shower cubicle, W.C., basin and heated towel rail

Kitchen: built in electric oven and microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier

Living/dining room: one 2-seater sofa, one 3-seater sofabed, dining table seating four, large flatscreen TV and DVD, games and books

The flat is lovely with good facilities and a wonderful view, perfect for people watching when the weather isn't nice. It was great to have a full size freezer and the washer/dryer was a definite plus when you've walked around the muddy RSPB reserve! The location works really well if you are using public transport, just a short walk to the buses or the station, and all the shops or restaurants you could possibly need nearby. However, the flat is above 'Caffeine', which had very loud music until nearly midnight on the Friday and Saturday nights, thankfully all the other nights were fine.

Sure! Here's an improved version of the review: --- The apartment was a great place to stay. It was right next to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was clean and comfortable, with a great kitchen and modern appliances. Best of all, it had a fantastic uninterrupted view of Weymouth Beach.

Great location overlooking the beach. The apartment was clean and has everything you could need, even for a long stay. The parking permit is a real plus, once you find a free place, as the nearest car park is quite pricey. The only down sides for us older people is the stairs, but that wouldn't put us of staying again. There was a bit of a slip up on our arrival, as the bed was not made and there were no towels or loo roll.. However, a quick phone call quickly had the issue resolved.

Stunning view out of those massive front windows! Great location. Flat was comfy and clean. Parking permit was provided and we were lucky to find a nearby space. Huge bathroom too!

Apartment is as described. Very well equipped, good shower and comfortable bed. Location is great and within walking distance to shops, beach, bus stops and local attractions. Noise was not a problem. Welcome pack included tea and coffee, but no milk, so will need to pick some up on your way. Would definitely recommend accomodation.
