Very good views across Swanage bay. Good access to town itself. Parking is tight it states a medium car but we had a large car parked next to ours took them ages to manoeuvre in to the space. Kitchen area is very crowded therefore difficult to work in. No fan in bathroom which should ideally b3 in place.
