Victoria Sands is a beautiful two bedroom new property located a short walk from the beach and town.  This luxury  property is all on the ground floor and benefits from a large patio area with table and chairs to enjoy the alfresco evenings.  A comfortable and airy open plan kitchen/living area with the doors leading out to the patio.  A fabulous place to stay.

The master bedroom has a king size luxury mattress and is spacious and well furnished, alongside a modern newly decorated family bathroom with separate shower. The modern twin room beds are complimented with high quality mattresses also.

Victoria Sands is a comfortable holiday home for friends and family to make their home during their stay. Spend your holiday enjoying all that Swanage has to offer with a beautiful sandy beach, rock pools by the Victorian pier and plenty of places to enjoy a local ice cream after a day at the beach! The high street is varied and vibrant and has many places to eat and drink - from cafes, pubs and restaurants to the traditional seaside fare of fish and chips. If you wish to venture further afield you can hop on the steam train which runs from April and September to the historic ruin and town of Corfe Castle.

The flat is in a quiet location, and only a couple of minutes walk from the seafront and shops which was brilliant. Well equipped with modern facilities and comfortable, with a great parking space that our large car fit into with no issues. Beds were comfortable and the enclosed patio was a great bonus.

This accommodation is well located for both the beach and town centre. It was spotlessly clean with modern furniture and fittings and the kitchen was well appointed. The main bedroom was spacious and comfortable, as was the rest of the flat. We were very pleased with it.

The apartment is well situated for the beach and local shops, tastefully furnished and very clean. However, the apartment above became occupied later in the week and voices, footsteps and movement of furniture could be easily heard overhead, sometimes in the early hours of the morning! The designated parking spot was good to have.

When we arrived, we discovered that there were potatoes & onions in the bottom drawer in the kitchen, that appeared to have been there for many weeks. The potatoes were so old that they were sprouting tentacles. We disposed of these & then proceeded to clean out the drawer, which we should have been expected to do. On the 2nd day of our arrival, a panel below the oven fell off & was immediately reported to the Dorset Managed Service Team, who in turn advised us that this had been reported to the owners. During our 7 days in the flat, there was no effort made to fix this panel at all by the Services Team or the owners. We were in a ground floor flat, & the day after we arrived, a couple came to stay in the flat above. We then discovered that the soundproofing between each flat is non-existent. We could hear every sound they made, & I mean everything. Even general conversations could be heard in detail, & the tv in their bedroom kept us awake that night. Luckily, they were only only there for one night. The allocated parking at the rear is a bonus. However, the bays are too narrow which meant that if all the bays were full with medium to large cars or SUV's, you would find it very difficult to get out of your vehicle.
