Located in the popular, seaside town of Teignmouth. Hyview is a two bedroom, single storey property with an cosy, open-plan living room and kitchen. The property boasts an balcony with views across the town and glimpses of the sea through the trees and over rooftops. Hyview has been furnished tastefully, with it's limited space within the living area and kitchen, the owners have cleverly furnished the property to ensure all essentials are provided for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.  

Hyview features private parking, immediately outside the property - a bonus for Teignmouth and for those who wish to leave the car at home, Teignmouth Train Station is only a short stroll away. Teignmouth is wonderfully located on the beautiful, south Devon coastline and boasts a beautiful long sandy beach with the Grand Victorian Pier, packed full of amusements for all ages. Teignmouth is also located on the mouth of the River Teign, which becomes a haven for watersport lovers. Across the estuary month you’ll find Shaldon, with great places to eat and a family friendly beach this attractive seaside village provides an enjoyable day out. For those foodie's, the town itself has a range of local pubs and restaurants for fine dining, and why not get involved with The Taste of the Teign Food Trail, which showcases the towns best delights, in the home-made food and craft beers and real ales.

Changeover Day: Saturday - Arrival 2:00pm - Departure 09:30am

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power and Heat: Electricity and Heating are included in rent. 

Bed Linen and Towels: Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels)

Pets Welcome: Maximum of 2 small pets; £25 per pet per week

Baby Equipment: Baby equipment isn't provided and due to the size of the bedrooms, a travel cot will not fit within the bedrooms.
