5 The Fairway is a gem of a bungalow located in a quiet residential area of Braunton but on the Saunton road side which makes it ideal and just a five minute drive from the beautiful Saunton Sands beach. It is around a 10-minute walk to the village which offers a great selection of individual shops, family-friendly cafes, pubs and restaurants. The village is the gateway to a choice of magnificent surfing beaches including Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay. With the Tarka Trail running through the village there are miles of level cycle ways (cycle hire available in the village) around the estuary towards Barnstaple and then Bideford.
This property had been carefully renovated by the current owner and is a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful North Devon Coastline. It has two bedrooms and a spacious open-plan living / dining area which has views out onto the garden, which is fully enclosed and private, an ideal zen space for relaxing and watching the sun go down with a drink or two!
Kitchen: Electric double oven and gas hob, 2 x Fridges, 2 x Freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, Tassimo Expresso Machine, kitchen island with four stools.
Living room/ Dining room: Spacious living room with large sofa, recliner armchair and Smart TV, Sky, Large dining table with seating for 6.

Garden: Fully enclosed paved garden. Large garden shed with tumble dryer and storage for bikes and surfboards. BBQ located in the shed (use key code to open). Access to side alleyway, ideal when coming back from the beach.
Parking: Private parking for 2 cars on the driveway.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Power & Heat: Gas and Electricity included.
Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels).
Notes - No Smoking. 1 Pet allowed to be kept in Kitchen/Dining room only. No short breaks. Arr/Dep day is Saturday
