Access Statement

This conversion of a former farm building is mostly single storey, but with some internal steps. It is a central/corner cottage of a group in a courtyard setting. Parking is in a shared parking area close to the cottage. There is one step up from gravelled area onto the small patio area, and another step up to the front door, which leads into the hallway. There are then three steps up into the living room. The open-plan living room is carpeted, with high beamed ceiling, white painted brick and stone walls, and a stone fireplace to one side with gas fire. To one side is a small kitchen, separated by units/shelf, with quarry tiled floor, white and light wood fitted units. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a bathroom, with electric shower over the bath. From the living room there is a carpeted staircase, with wooden banister handrail, leading up to a galleried single bedroom (open to the stairs/living room), with sloping beamed ceilings giving some restricted headroom. Across the courtyard there is a shared laundry room with tumble dryer and shared freezer.

The corner cottage near Broad Haven (5 miles) in a group of six converted from stone outbuildings in the grounds of the owners' home.

Single storey, apart from an open gallery single bedroom with restricted headroom only suitable for a child, the cottage keeps existing features such as the exposed roof trusses. Double bedroom, bath/shower room and, up 3 steps from the hall, kitchen/living room with w/machine, Freeview TV & limited Wi-Fi (as the cottage is in the corner, the Wi-Fi signal is restricted); gas c/heating. Private decked area to rear, shared lawn, barbecue area and play area; shared laundry.

Very convenient for exploring the coast and super Pembrokeshire beaches - surfing and windsurfing at Broad Haven, boat launching & diving at Little Haven, also Newgale, Marloes and Dale. Walking, sailing, golf, riding, kayaking, boat trips, castles and plenty more!
