Welcome to Annie’s Cottage, an elegant and stylish property offering three bedrooms and a beautiful garden to enjoy the summer evenings in. This delightful cottage is pet friendly and the perfect setting for a special gathering or occasion. Situated in the quiet village of Easington, a prime location for people who love the great outdoors, dog walking and cycling with the Klondike and tour de Yorkshire passing through the village. Just 10 minutes away the idyllic setting of Staithes and Runswick Bay provides the perfect backdrop for a day that you'll never forget, with a perfect stretch of beach and well-established pubs and café’s makes a lovely family day out.
The historical town of Whitby is just a 15 min drive or bus journey away. The explorer Captain James Cook has strong ties to the village and served his apprenticeship here before heading off on his journey. Whitby has regular events such as Goth weekend, beer festivals, food festivals and the famous Regatta every year. A lovely sandy beach includes activities and boat trips for the family and restaurants with outstanding reputations. The famous Whitby Abbey was the inspiration behind Bram Stoker’s novel ‘Dracula’. Climb the 199 steps to the abbey and church to experience a fantastic view of the town with local made fudge or ice-cream. Further along the coast is the traditional Victorian seaside resort of Scarborough.
A short journey away Helmsley and Pickering are both renowned for their ancient castles. The grounds of Castle Howard or the Ryedale Miniature Railway. Pickering a tranquil market town situated in the centre of the Vale of Pickering, the official gateway to the North York Moors National Park. The area is surrounded by the vast expanse of heather covered, rolling moorland and mature forests. The North York Moors National Park where you can take a steam train ride right into the centre of the national park, or pay a visit to Goathland, which was made famous by the TV show ‘Heartbeat’. This countryside is full of tracks and trails you’ll see the most beautiful picturesque views within this prime location.
There are many other local attractions to mention a few such as the Beamish Museum or Flamingo land and Zoo just an hour away.

Annie’s Cottage offers spacious living accommodation set over two floors and is an ideal retreat for family’s or groups of friends. Annie’s cottage offers a spacious lounge with a corner sofa and two-seater sofa. The perfect room for a games evening or that must-see movie with its 50-inch smart TV. This room adds a cosy and relaxing touches with its electric fire. There is a light and airy conservatory which also provides a great entertaining area, for the family or friends and offers a beautiful dining table to seat six with French doors leading out onto the patio area, a perfect combination for summer evenings for you all to get together and chat over the activities of the day. The conservatory also offers a TV ideal for putting your favourite radio station on while sitting out in the garden. It is also a great place for any little ones to let off steam before bedtime. The ground floor is well laid out with two bedrooms one king room and a twin room fully equipped with towels and robes. This cottage really is a must it also has the added benefit of the use of the garage and a full drive to the front of the property making this a great choice for families and groups of walkers.

Lounge: A spacious lounge which is comfortably furnished a great social room with a 50 inch Smart TV, an electric feature fire place a large corner sofa and a two seater sofa, coffee table, side table and foot puffy.
Kitchen: A modern and well equipped kitchen offering a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven with grill and an electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, TV and a delightful welcome pack included.
Conservatory: A delightful space leading from the kitchen, a beautiful dining table to seat six guests, side board, TV and French doors leading out into the garden.
Bedroom One: A delightful bedroom offering a king-size bed, TV, 2 wardrobes for hanging space, built in chest of draws and a dressing table with a mirror and stool.
Bedroom Two: A beautifully set out twin room, two single beds, a set of beside draws with a reading lamp, wardrobe for hanging space, mirror and a chest of draws.
Family Shower room: A modern shower room with a walk in rainfall shower with a hand held unit, toilet, hand basin with vanity unit, mirror and heated radiator.

Bedroom Three: A spacious bedroom offering a delightful twin size bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps, armchair, hanging rail and dressing table with a stool.
Dressing room/utility room: A great room which offers an extra chest of draws for storage, dressing table, an extra single bed (used at customers discretion please note the boiler is in this room) iron and ironing board, travel cot, baby bath, high chair and stairgate.
Pets: Two dogs allowed.
Parking: A large drive to the front of the property for several cars.
Garden: A real feature of this property a lawned garden to the front of the property at the rear there is a spacious patio area with steps leading up a generous lawn area with flower beds.
Garage: A washing machine provided for the use of guests and storage if needed.
Heating: The property is heated throughout with gas central heating.
Short Breaks: Accepted all year round.

Annie’s cottage was lovely, comfortable and very well equipped. The dogs loved the giant dog beds that were available to use although they did look a little lost in them but very snug. All the places we wanted to visits where within a short drive as were local amenities. Lovely knowledgeable next door neighbours too. Perfect place in north yorkshire
