Reviews

The property is ideally located for Southwold itself.

Mrs B,

Brilliantly located, and great for my dog (greyhound). Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Will try and book again

Mrs B,

Our second stay in this lovely bungalow. It's a perfect place to stay and have a family holiday. Close to Southwold for us to enjoy the beach.

Mrs W,

Rushmere is a lovely property and is nicely decorated with plenty of space and a pretty garden. It's location is great as it's close to good amenities and the beach.

Mrs O,

Our second holiday at Rushmere & just as lovely. We also had amazing weather!

Mr Carl D,

Great cottage and location, thought it a bit expensive for a three night stay and could have had better saucepans etc if wanting to cook for yourself

Mrs Katharine H,

Dirty sheets, dirty toilets, stained duvet, no welcome pack as stated; no basic condiments

Miss Claire H,

Lovely family bungalow. Very well equipped. Spacious and very clean.

Mrs Lindsay B,

Lovely cottage, well equipped and really nicely furnished and decorated. Excellent folder of information about the property and the local area. Good location down a quiet private road but only 15 minutes walk into Southwold and less than 10 to the nearest pub.

Mr Jim R,

The property was lovely and suited our multi generation family well, including a 95 year old with limited mobility. We appreciated the time that had been spent decorating the property for Christmas. We were disappointed that some items were tired/not working: Exterior handle on individual toilet almost coming off Ring towel rail in main bathroom hanging off wall Flood light in garden not working Coffee machine not working (we downloaded the manual as one was not provided and still couldn't get it to heat up) I was also disappointed that I had to clean up numerous piles of dog mess in the rear garden.

Mrs Rebecca S,
