So utterly perfect for families and friends looking for a relaxing break at the seaside - don't forget to bring your buckets and spades for making impressive castles on the sandy shoreline. 

Sandcastle Cottage benefits from 3 good size bedrooms, with a lovely light master bedroom at the front with superking bed and TV. During the school holidays and weekends you may wish to sit here and watch the resident horse and carriage clip-clop past on a tour of the town - great entertainment for all ages. Teenagers will love going for an 'explore' in the town itself (a 5 minute walk from the cottage); perhaps buying an ice cream from around the corner, or browsing the selection of independent and high street shops. With two small supermarkets within walking distance, why not have a barbecue? Open up the kitchen and dining room doors onto the enclosed sunny courtyard and sit back and enjoy. Not forgetting days spent down by the sea - with a separate utility room, swimming costumes and beach equipment can be stored and dried out of the way of the main house.

Dining room: Table and chairs for 6. Doors lead out to the enclosed courtyard. 
Kitchen: Cooker, 5 ring gas hob, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave. A door leads out to the enclosed courtyard.  
Cloakroom: WC and basin. 

FIRST FLOOR 
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with super king bed, built in wardrobes, TV and hairdryer & radio.  
Bedroom 2: Zip and link twin beds which can be converted into a super king bed (please specify preference at time of booking), built in wardrobes, TV, radio with iPod dock and hairdryer. 
Shower Room: WC, basin, shower unit and heated towel rail. 
Bedroom 3: Twin beds with chest of drawers and radio.
Family Bathroom: WC, basin and bath with overhead shower. 

Garden: Pretty courtyard at the rear of the property with garden furniture plus a gas barbecue. The utility room is accessed via the courtyard. 
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
