Description

Situated in a most sort after location just a short walk to the award winning surfing beach of Woolacombe and offering spectacular coast and sea views. This beautiful annex has its own private entrance and is furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style.  The accommodation offers a very comfortable base for couples and families in this popular beach resort.  Entrance is directly into the living room with large French windows offering wonderful country views and sea glimpses and with comfortable leather seating. Steps lead up to large kitchen/diner and stairs to the first floor. Two attractive bedrooms are on the first floor;  a twin and a spacious master bedroom which has a super king size bed and offers the most spectacular sea views. The same views can be experienced from the newly build private front patio ideal for lazy breakfasts or watching the amazing sunsets over the sea.  Facilities at the rear for cleaning and storage for surfboards and cycles.  An ideal location for enjoying the sun, sand and surf, wonderful coastal walks and also within easy driving distance of delightful sandy coves, rugged coastline, wonderful Devon villages and the splendour of the Exmoor National Park.

Accommodation:Ground Floor: Living room with Freesat TV, Blueray DVD and CD/iPod doc. Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. First Floor: Bedroom 1 with Superking,  freeview TV/DVD. Bedroom 2 with Twin and freeview TV/DVD. Shower room with WC and two wash basins.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Wi Fi Broadband. No smoking. 2 pets welcome (Pets must be supervised as gardens are not secure).  1 travel cot and Highchair available. Garden furniture. A selection of games and books. SLOPING DRIVEWAY WITH PARKING FOR 1 CAR ONLY. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.

Exceptionally comfortable and well located annex in Woolacombe. Short walk to the shops, pubs and most importantly dog friendly beach. The accommodation was clean and main bedroom bed exceptionally comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and welcome basket very popular, even with the dog.

We had a fabulous stay at Sandunes. Prior to our arrival, we received very detailed and accurate directions and instructions on how to access the property. Great communication. The annexe was perfect, furnished to an extremely high standard, and Lance had thought of absolutely everything. The welcome pack of milk, cereal, tea and coffee was great. Absolutely the best view from the master bedroom and perfect location, only a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommed. Thank you for a great stay.

A wonderfully located holiday let with incredible views from the master bedroom ! Only a short walk down to the village and the incredible beach . Lance was so helpful and supportive which was very much appreciated ! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a get away from it all type of holiday !
