Description

The Coach House is a contemporary styled apartment, centrally located in the popular seaside village of Saundersfoot with less than a 3 minute flat stroll to the glorious beach, harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants. There is a private entrance to this immaculate first floor apartment. 

Entrance: Hall

A flight of stairs to landing.

Bedroom 1: Single bed (suitable for an older child or an adult as this room is located off the main entrance hall landing area).

Kitchen/Diner/Lounge: Open plan living accommodation, electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/drier.  Dining table and chairs. Comfy seating. TV and Freeview.

Bedroom 2: Master double bed, TV.

En-suite: Shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.

Bedroom 3: Double bed

Bathroom: Bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin. 

Pets: Sorry, no pets.

Parking: Allocated parking outside the property for 1 car.

Heating: Electric and heating included.

Short Breaks: Accepted but not in peak weeks.

Notes: Wi Fi access, Bath towels provided. Travel cot, highchair and stair gate available. This is a non smoking property.

Beach/harbour/shops/restaurants: 3 minute flat walk.

Ideally situated in the centre of Saundersfoot. Everything is on your doorstep. The Coach House is well appointed with all facilities.

This was our second visit to the property and there is some room for improvement in the facilities: Once again there was no hairdryer despite still being advertised as included. There are no toilet roll holders in the bathrooms. The glassware is lacking - pint glasses are not really suitable drinking glasses and there were only 2 suitable sized glasses for 4 people. The cooking knives are all blunt. There is no mirror in the small bedroom. All minor things but would make a difference to improve on these.

We have been staying here nor for a few years and love it mostly, however the furniture is dated well used and could do with replacing. I have also mentioned in the past that a security light needs to be fitted around the front door area, it also would help with finding the lock on the front door, however over all very please. Oh on a personal note, that cooker hood is a nightmare for anyone over 5ft 5in.
