Description

Amazing pet friendly detached house in an enviable position right on the beach, in Wisemans Bridge which is just a short drive or walk when the tide is out from Saundersfoot. A great house for a holiday any time of year with miles of beautiful coastal path walks in both directions towards Tenby and Pendine. A great place for painters or bird watchers and a very special place for children with beach on your door step. The house has spectacular unbroken sea views from nearly every window. Centrally located for all local attractions with Oakwood adventure park, Heatherton Country sports open all year, horse riding, and clay pigeon shooting, and three golf courses all within a 10 minute drive.

Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Open plan living accommodation, wood burning stove, TV, DVD, Broadband, kitchen area with electric cooker, hob, microwave oven, washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Dining area with dining table & chairs. Patio door leading out onto patio area. Stunning Sea views.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, patio door leads to patio. Sea views.

Wet Room: Shower, toilet and wash basin.

Short Breaks: Accepted but not in peak weeks.

Notes: Wi Fi access. Set in an elevated spot overlooking the beach, Towels provided (please bring own beach towels). Mobile phone signal variable. Set in an elevated spot overlooking the beach, Wheelchair friendly for ground floor bedroom and bathroom.  Non Smoking. Friday - Friday changeover. Beach on door step.  Guests should note that there is a pedestrian access to a second property, 50 yards further up the hill beyond Sunridge. Guests to this property pass behind Sunridge. However there is no access permitted from this second property to the sides  or front of Sunridge and the beach access path is exclusive to Sunridge.

Just returned from a lovely week at Sunridge - family of 2 adults and 4 grown up children! The property is in an amazing location and has everything we needed. We were able to walk down the steps to swim in the sea almost every day. We barely used our car as walked to Saundersfoot for some meals out and went for some local walks from the property. The views from the main bedroom in particular are amazing. We would love to return again.
