Reviews

The cottage had a 'feels like home' atmosphere. The whole setting had a tranquil, peaceful, relaxing feeling to it. The cottage was equipped extremely well, the kitchen, bathroom, outside/garden, local information and so much more. The owners obviously take great care and pride with the property and even more so for their guests. Lovely welcome treats on arrival too!

Mrs S,

Lovely, cosy, clean, quirky and quaint. Everything you need for a country getaway. Coast, countryside & towns all close and easily accessible. Food options galore.

Ms D,

This cottage is one of the oldest properties that we have stayed in, quiet and quirky, you need to be agile to use the stairs.

Mrs W,

Beautiful location and immaculate,cosy cottage.

Mrs J,

Fabulous character cottage surrounded by farmland and gorgeous pubs for eating out.

Mrs B,

We had a lovely stay at Perry Acres Cottage. What a fabulous place and tastefully renovated cottage and we loved the quirkiness of it.

Mr H,

The cottage was lovely and clean, also very quiet and a good center for touring around Suffolk

Mrs H,

This cottage is absolutely delightful- spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped - very peaceful.

Mrs B,

The cottage was immaculate. Right from arriving, then exploring the 400yr old cottage it was evident a lot of time and effort had been put into the presentation of this beautiful property. It really did feel like we were the first ones to step foot in it. It had everything we needed and really was a home from home. We loved our time in Suffolk but equally we loved our time in the cottage and was very sad to leave. Thank you so very much as cleanliness is so important to us and you nailed it.

Miss K,

A wonderful cottage in a superb location. Very peaceful, perfect from getting away from it all.

Mrs K,

Had a fab stay at Perry Acres for a long weekend. Well equipped and cosy cottage! Very clean, a comfy bed and a good shower. Shame we didn't get to use the courtyard as the weather was rubbish but I can imagine it would be lovely In the sunshine! In a lovely quiet location but only about 10 minutes from Framlingham for all the amenities you need. Even though we were a very last minute booking there was still a welcome gift of crisps, local wine, milk and bottled water as well as plenty of wood for the log burner. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again!

Mrs V,

Perry Cottage was just perfect! Very well decorated, cosy place to sit and have a log fire. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a massive bath and great shower. It was in a brilliant location for walks and exploring the towns and villages of Suffolk.

Miss B,

The perfect, cosy, characterful cottage to hide in! Everthing you can possibly want, and more, is beautifully presented. Love the place!
