The open plan kitchen / diner / conservatory opens out onto the enclosed private, sheltered garden and patio, providing the perfect space for entertaining in the spring summers evenings. You really could not be better placed to enjoy a Cornish holiday.

Bedroom 1: King size bed (5'), built in wardrobe with shelves, 2 arm chairs, bedside tables with drawers, wall mounted TV, Doors Leading out to Balcony with panoramic estuary views, table and chairs. En suite Bathroom: Bath (hand held shower over), basin, w.c. chest of drawers.

GARDEN & PARKING: Doors from conservatory lead to secluded patio and mature lawn garden with garden furniture. Parking for 2 cars to the rear of the property.

Changeover Day: Saturday.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 3; £25 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Gas & electricity included in rent; gas fired c.h./hot water, heated towel rail shower room.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen, robes and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)
Baby Equipment: Travel cot, high chair, other equipment not provided.

The cottage was lovely, everything you could think of was there. The views are exceptional, with a brilliant location to walk into padstow. The roof top terrace was a delight and we’d love to revisit in the summer and enjoy that aspect. It also has a great sized garden and patio area. Thank you for having us, we can’t wait to return.

This is a very comfortable, cosy and spacious property . In an idea position within walking distance into Padstow. The views from the front windows and balcony are wonderful. Property very well equipped but a little tired and worn in places. Parking out the front is difficult during the day when the town is busier ....and this is only February ! The parking space at the back is very useful but be warned the lane is very small and there is not much space to manoeuvre.
