ACCESS TO PROPERTY: The nearest drop off point is outside the front door, in Island Road which is a tarmac road. Do not leave vehicle unattended. Alternatively you can park up in the Island Car Park, just a few steps from the proeprty and un-load from here.

PROPERTY ACCESS: The access is level from drop off point. 1 Threshold step into the property.

STAIRS/STEPS: There are just 4 steps within the property leading to the lounge from the kitchen.

This former fisherman's cottage has been tastefully modernised and furnished and is ideally located just a few minutes walk from the family beach of Porthgwidden and popular surfing beach of Porthmeor. It is conveniently close to the harbour, shops and restaurants.

From the kitchen/diner 4 steps leading into the lounge with TV, DVD player. Also on this level is the main bedroom with 4ft 6in pine bed.

Very accessible to beaches and town plus the Island car park is right there too. Always busy and you may have to wait a bit to get a space.
