The farm itself extends to 120 acres and includes 20 acres of woodland, a picnic area, spectacular country views, a dog walking area and has the benefit of an on site Clay Pigeon Shoot. Renovated to the highest standard this detached barn conversion uses the latest eco friendly technology. The heating and hot water is powered by an Air Source Pump, which in turn heats the under floor heating which keeps the barn cosy for holidays and short breaks at any time of year. First floor: Bedroom 3 with King and ensuite bathroom with shower attachment. Family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and basin.


Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Under floor heating generated by a Air Source Heat Pump. Wi-Fi Broadband access. No smoking. 1 pet welcome. No cot is provided please bring your own travel cot. Private water supply, tested regularly. Patio furniture. Gas BBQ (Gas provided). Emergency phone is available in communal games room with full size pool table, and table football. Storage room for cycles, surfboards etc. Parking for 2 cars. Short breaks available.  Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
