On the first floor you will find a fantastic open plan living area complete with a fully equipped kitchen, cosy wood burner in the living area and a dining table with doors opening out onto the balcony. An inviting second bedroom is also located on the first floor, complete with its own private balcony with views of a neighbouring deer paddock and the surrounding countryside. Hockerhill Barn is ideal at any time of year and is perfect for either one or two couples and would also be wonderful for a small family looking to explore and discover. There is a lovely Farm Shop next door to the house (30 second drive, 5 min walk). It has an excellent full butchery, fruit and veg, milk, juice, bread and cheese and lots of other yummy bits and pieces. Bury St Edmunds is the old capital of England and today it remains a busy and beautiful market town with plenty to explore. Experience and enjoy the wealth of arts, heritage, and food on offer. If you love exploring local shops and restaurants then you’ll find a huge range of niche boutique shops, cafes, and award winning restaurants within the town as well as national and international brands at the new shopping centre The `Arc'.
