Reviews

We had a fab week staying here - the cottage is lovely and in a great location. Despite the listing details there ARE towels provided but weirdly no kitchen cleaning materials (eg surface spray and washing up liquid) which I would expect to find in a holiday rental so take your own! The house is heated via storage heaters and electric heaters which were absolutely fine - didn’t miss central heating at all. Bed was comfy and shower was great. If I was ever headed back to Bamburgh I would look to book again.

Mrs D,

Very good location of property within the village with amazing views of Bamburgh Castle. Short walk to pub, restaurant and tearoom.

Previous Customer,

Excellent location, beach very close.all areas easily accessible.

Mrs O,

Great location near the centre of Bamburgh with a view of the castle.

Mrs S,

Could be expensive for some of our friends and family.

Mr John D,

We love this cottage and would book again. Disappointed that a few basics weren’t there on arrival and when they were provided they were in very small quantities. A really small tube of washing up liquid and no replacement bin bags so we couldn’t put the bins out during our stay. We were advised to put linen in clear bags at end of the stay but none were provided. Would recommend proper quantities of cleaning products and bin bags. We had a fabulous time nonetheless and really love the cottage.
