Reviews

Absolutely beautiful cottage. It had everything we needed and more! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Mrs J,

We loved our stay in Blacksmith’s Cottage and hope to revisit sometime. It had everything you needed, and more. The kitchen/diner was fresh and well appointed and became our hub. The fridge and freezer space was plenty big enough and every utensil was there for home cooking. The beds were really comfortable and the entire home felt nice and cosy. We had two dogs with us and the delightful enclosed garden was a huge bonus. The cottage also afforded easy access to the wonderful moors and dales.

Mrs S,

Fantastic cottage with a lovely garden, everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Mr C,

The cottage was extremely comfortable, there was everything you could wish for in the kitchen, my granddaughter really enjoyed the playroom. We will certainly look at booking this cottage again.

Mrs R,

This was an excellent property. The long garden with its host of plants, flowers and bushes was superb. The house it self was well equipped with good Wi-Fi, a comfortable lounge with adequate tv and great cooking equipment in the kitchen. Upstairs the large bathroom is more than adequate, with its shower bath setup. The bedrooms were comfortable and very cool in the hot weather we experienced. We will look to stay again if we visit this area.

Mr F,

One of the best cottages I have stayed in. The location is fantastic within easy access to a huge amount of places to visit. The cottage is beautiful with everything you needed and the garden is fantastic. Will definstely be returning.

Mr T,

Perfectly situated in the village of Catterick. Close to open countryside but also shops. The cottage was spotlessly clean & very well equipped for our family of 6 which included 1 child & 1 infant. My granddaughter loved the playroom. The garden was magnificent & an early morning coffee in the garden was the perfect start to the day. I would definitely recommend this cottage.

Mrs R,

A good location for driving into the Dales and Richmond. Also a good local bus service into Richmond. The property had everything we needed for a weeks self catering holiday with small children. The playroom was a bonus.
