Description

Only 100 metres from the harbour Carvosso and it's neighbour Mizpah, are perfect for your holiday in Mousehole with pubs, restaurants, shops and galleries just a short stroll away. Just opened following a complete refurbishment, Carvosso consists of an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge complete with wood-burning stove and tiled floor throughout. Quality furnishings and fittings as well as broadband. Upstairs is double and twin bedrooms along with a good sized family bathroom consisting of a bath and separate shower cubicle. There's full gas central heating Outside is a private courtyard with a seating area and BBQ.

GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge Area: TV, DVD player, music system, woodburner, dining table with four chairs.
Kitchen/Dining Area: Electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, washing machine.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4’6”), bedside units, wardrobe, drawers.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’).
Bathroom: Bath, separate shower cubicle, basin, heated towel rail, WC.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Private courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking space for one car.


Power and Heat: Heating and electricity included in rent, gas central heating throughout, woodburner in lounge, heated towel rail in bathroom.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot provided.

A beautifully appointed cottage with everything you could need. The private parking space is a real bonus in Mousehole. Will certainly recommend this accommodation. The location is excellent - so close to the harbour yet away from the noise. Hope to be back soon.

Excellent stay in the well-appointed cottage. The biggest bonus was the parking space in such a small village. Cottage great - never had such a well-equipped place. Lovely beaches all around. South West Coast Path great.

Our fourth consecutive year of staying in Mousehole and we were not disappointed! Cottage was lovely and had everything for our home from home. Centrally located to access the village without having to scale any heights with the pushchair, and the car parking space is definitely like gold dust in the village! We'll be back again next year.
