Description

 This immaculately-presented cottage, close to the centre of Croyde, has a lovely lawn garden complete with hot tub, summer house, outside shower and plenty of off-road parking. Just a couple of minutes’ walk to the village with its choice of family friendly cafes, pubs and surf shops. A further short walk along a country footpath brings you to the beach. The outside space at Beren is carefully thought out and the enclosed garden has plenty of space for five people and two four-legged friends, whilst the patio and hot tub are positioned to get the best of the sun throughout the day. Inside, the cottage is beautifully furnished with a mix of modern and traditional pieces which complement the style of the cottage. The open-plan lounge/diner has floor to ceiling patio doors which open out onto the patio and garden. This spacious room is very sociable and there are enough comfortable seats to accommodate the whole party. The spacious kitchen/diner is light and airy and all the appliances are integrated to give a sleek, modern feel to the room. A pine open staircase from the lounge leads up to the first floor where all three bedrooms overlook the garden. There are two shower rooms in the cottage – one on each floor.

Outside, there is storage for surfboards, wet suits and any walking or canine equipment. Beren is a lovely property suitable for family or friends, close to all amenities including a fabulous surfing beach which is life guarded from May until September, throughout the Easter weekend plus October half term.

Lovely cottage with very nice grounds, 10 minute walk to the beach through the sand dunes. The kitchen is very well equipped and the furniture comfy except the double bed as it was 2 different height mattresses.

We have stayed at Beren twice now and highly recommend this lovely cottage. It is very comfortable, clean and well equipped and in a fantastic location right in the heart of Croyde. It has a pretty, private garden and a wonderful hot tub. We love it here and will no doubt be back again!

This property is excellent. Located so well in Croyde close to pubs and restaurants. Conveniently located for the rest of North Devon. We will be back. Oh and the hot tub is a bonus (so says my partner)!
