Visit nearby Dartington for the beautiful Barn Cinema, shops, a stunning Deer Park and award-winning, family-friendly food and drink.

Dart View Cabin is a truly romantic retreat. Set in its own private area of garden and offering a spacious decking area to enjoy the tranquil surroundings, this newly furnished cabin offers a quirky yet homely finish to enhance your stay. The delightful interior offers couples a living/dining area, kitchenette, a bedroom with shower en suite and two sets of large glazed doors that allow the superb views to be on full display. To discover the area fully, follow the bridal path from the end of the garden to explore the pretty village of Ashprington. Enjoy an evening under the stars with use of a double hammock and a beautiful deep bath tub for nice warm soak. Perfect for relaxation and romance!

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Absolutely lovely stay at Dart View Cabin Dorset. Perfect hosts very helpful and accommodating there if you need them but not disturbing you at all ..the scenery is outstanding and the local community of Totnes are warm & friendly would definitely go back again and totally recommend a staycation Thankyou to our hosts and to everyone at originalcottages

Lovely comfortable cabin in a great location with stunning views. It was private, cosy, with a small secure area for the dog. Good walks from the cabin and recommended walks from the friendly owners. Totnes is a short walk away and has good independent shops and places to eat. Ideal place for visiting coast, Dartmoor and river walks. Good value for money for a stay in July. We would definitely stay again. The cabin is well organised but we found there is limited storage for clothes, however we always take too much! You need to be fairly fit to manage path down to the cabin with bags and if walking to and from there due to the hill.

Cabin has a great view over the town from the patio, Totnes town centre is walking distance. Welcome bottle of wine when you arrive, plus tea/coffee/milk/sugar sachets.Kitchen is a tiny "galley", but has all you need for basic cooking. Great water pressure in shower. Limited clothes storage - would be cramped for 2 people, but hey, you're on holiday! Totnes is a lovely town and a good base for touring South Devon. Owner has provided a folder with clear maps indicating walking routes along the beautiful Devon coast, plus a folder detailing other local attractions. One week is not enough!
