Watts Cottage was built over 150 years ago and is a characterful property containing many original features whilst retaining modern facilities. The accommodation is very attractive, comfortable and well-equipped. It is quietly situated and features a lovely conservatory, with views over the garden and just a two minute walk from the river. Upton is a small village nestled on the River Bure and edging the Norfolk Wildlife Trust providing lovely walks and fishing close by. The historical city of Norwich and the traditional seaside town of Great Yarmouth are both approximately a ten mile drive. within The Broads. It is an ideal location for nature lovers, being the home of Upton Broads and Marshes, and located on the edge of the wildlife trust where there are lovely waterside walks and fishing. Upton is the perfect central location to explore and has lots of opportunities for local days out offering something for all ages. Lovely sandy beaches and boat hire for the Broads all within a half hour drive. The village has a pub with a village shop and further facilities are available in Acle, two miles away.
