Description

Happidays is a detached bungalow, backing onto the sand dunes and situated along a quiet unmade road. It is in a large plot with access to the beach. The wide sandy beach is very popular with walkers and dog owners. With uninterrupted views over open countryside, it is ideal for a quiet get away or equally an excellent location for a family seaside holiday. Midway between the coastal villages of Sea Palling and Eccles, North Gap is a seaside hamlet with access through the dunes onto the fine sandy beach. There is a scattering of houses and holiday homes quietly set behind the dunes, overlooking the surrounding farmland. As well as spending days on the beach, you can explore the coast, countryside and the Broads are also easily accessible. The village pubs and shops of Sea Palling are about a mile away, and jet ski hire is also possible here with further amenities available in the nearby towns of Stalham and North Walsham.

The owners couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and went out their way to ensure we had everything we needed. My sister snd I have enjoyed a summer holiday at Happidays for a number of years now. We love the location, because you look out onto beautiful countryside and it's only a minute or so to walk down to the beach. The Happidays cottage is well equipped with everything you would want. It's always cosy, clean, and is very well cared for overall. There are plenty of interesting and fun places to visit nearby. The owner leaves a lot of tourist info to inspire you, so you can make it the holiday you want, feet up, and relaxing, or out and about somewhere different every day. Cant wait to go back!

Great property in a great location and ideal for a relaxing time by the sea. Have marked down the equipment as the kitchen tap was not working properly and the hot water only trickled out and also the lever on the tap was broken. Have marked down the website description and the equipment as there is no internet or Wi-Fi at the property but it did say the mobile phone signal is not great which helps but without Wi-Fi it’s a bit of a nuisance. Overall a great place to stay with plenty of secure space outside for the granddaughter to play and for the dog to run round.

We had a lovely time great for the dogs. A few things could be replaced eg a non stick frying pan. But it a great location and the view is great out of the window.
