There is also fully equipped kitchen which includes an essential wine cooler, a must on any holiday. The sitting room also comes complete with a cosy woodburner, making any winter break perfect. Outside is a pretty country garden and a games room which is great at keeping the kids and big kids entertained. Belchamp Otten is a pretty village located on the Suffolk Essex border towards the south of the county. One of three villages which make up The Belchamps, which also includes Belchamp Walter and Belchamp St Paul. This area of Suffolk is known the world over for its starring role as the backdrop for the popular BBC television series Lovejoy filmed on location in the Belchamps. The stunning countryside is perfect at any time of year and there is always a local pub to stop in during those long country walks. Just a short drive away is the popular village of Long Melford. Long Melford is one of Suffolk's most charming and beautiful villages. It has a wide variety of pubs, restaurants and independent shops as well as many places of interest nearby including the living museum of Kentwell Hall. Only slightly further afield are the tourist hotspots Clare, Lavenham and Sudbury and well worth a visit.
