Set on the ground floor of a Victorian townhouse dating back to the 1800s, this apartment offers the most comfortable of stays for couples. Bright, airy and tastefully furnished it’s a brilliant base to return to after a day spent exploring the scenic Norfolk countryside, or relaxing on Overstrand Beach just 1 mile away. Head 2 miles north to bustling Cromer resort for food and seaside fun or take a visit to Felbrigg Hall, 4 miles away. With so much to see and do from your doorstep, you’ll be glad to retreat to this pretty abode for a relaxing rest, night after night.

This apartment has a largely open-plan layout but is artfully ‘zoned’. The interiors have been thoughtfully curated to highlight characterful features, such as the large original fireplace – a centrepiece in the lounge – whilst also showcasing a contemporary style and all the must-have mod cons you’d hope for in a modern holiday apartment. In the open-plan lounge/diner you’ll find plenty of comfortable seating centred around the fireplace and TV, with dining space behind. A stylish and well-equipped galley kitchen sits just off the dining area. The bedroom, with king-size bed has been cleverly planned with plenty of storage space and tasteful décor and the bathroom is full of lovely touches; with a chessboard tile floor, walk-in shower and free-standing roll-top bath.

The apartment doesn’t have its own garden, however, there’s a small communal area with bench seating. With the beach and cafes on your doorstep, enjoy plenty of relaxation in these spectacular seaside surroundings with convenience and ease.

If you are looking for spotlessly clean with incredible attention to detail, excellent facilities, a high standard of furnishings and a 'home from home' feel - then this is the place for you! It was immaculate when we arrived - like brand new! A lovely welcome pack awaited us and the apartment had absolutely everything you could want. Well appointed kitchen, WIFI, Radio, Smart TV, free parking outside, a quiet location, a luxurious bath, a beautiful bedroom, Victorian ceilings and lovely architecture! LOVED IT! A little shop nearby and very close to the beach and Cromer. Book with confidence folks!!

What a lovely property, tastefully decorated throughout and very comfortable, everything you could need and more. Great location, very quiet and peaceful and could always find a parking space outside. We loved Overstrand, a very pretty little place to wander around, and a good base to explore some of North Norfolk’s other iconic places, e.g. Cromer ( just over 2 miles walk along the cliff tops), Sheringham, Sheringham Park, Fellbrigg Hall, Holt, Cley, Blakeney Point to name but a few. The beach in Overstrand is just a few minutes walk from the property and at the top of the slope down to the beach is the “Cliff Top Cafe” where you can tuck into a hearty breakfast while gazing out at the wonderful Norfolk Sea…bliss. There is also a village shop very close by, a pub and a hotel and restaurant for eating out. We highly recommend this property as a great place to stay.

Really was exceptional quality. Picture on website slightly misleading - it makes it look like the apartment is the one on the corner. Tried to get in there on arrival then checked the address you sent and realised we were at the wrong door.
