Wells-next-the-Sea is a hub for North Norfolk coastal activities. The picturesque harbour leads onto the most spectacular beach beyond the lifeboat shed, which can be accessed by walking or taking the narrow-gauge railway or car. The town has many old buildings, along with a traditional main street with all sorts of small shops, tearooms, pubs and restaurants.  The beautiful coast is a top destination for bird watchers and seal trip excursions, not forgetting catching crabs, the local favourite activity. With the spectacular country estates of Sandringham, Holkham and Blickling just a short drive away, Wells provides year round enjoyment for all ages.

Great property, excellent location for shops, restaurants and pubs. The property is generally secure for dogs, however as side gate wrought iron, it would be possible for a small dog to escape via the gaps in the gate

Perfect location and well equipped……The down side was dirty,I dropped an item that went under the sofa,an inch of dirt and a three week old newspaper.yuk….In my view very poorly cleaned downstairs….Upstairs perfect,lovely rooms and showers…..BT and the internet worked well in the lounge.Wells is a lovely town. We come to Wells every year and book through your company…We are again considering this property and hoping for cleaner if we come again….
